Utah Partners for Health
Utah Partners for Health (UPFH) is a nonprofit charitable organization providing funding for the provision of medical and ancillary services to the uninsured, underinsured and underserved in Utah. Part of their mission is to provide access to prenatal care to those who do not qualify for federal or state programs through an innovative model in partnership with the community.
BetterBirthLLC is a partner with Utah Partners for Health. If you qualify, you may receive prenatal care from us through this partnership at a reduced rate. This is a prenatal and postpartum care program only, and does not pay for delivery. However, if you wish to deliver with BetterBirthLLC, we will credit $34, plus $41 per prenatal visit you have had under the UPFH program, toward your choice of our delivery packages. So, for example, if you have had 11 visits through UPFH, $484 would be credited toward one of our regular packages that includes delivery and postpartum care.
Under the UPFH plan, you pay $80 for your first visit, $25 for each additional prenatal visit up to 11 visits total, $25 for each postpartum visit up to 2 visits. All normal laboratory tests are included. Necessary ultrasound exams are available for $40. We can accept only 15 new clients per month under this program, so please contact us as soon as possible for your best chance of participating.
