Payment Plans

We require a $200 deposit by your second visit, 25% of the balance by 20 weeks of pregnancy, 50% of the balance by 28 weeks of pregnancy, and full payment by 36 weeks (four weeks prior to your due date). We accept all major credit cards. If you are having difficulty making these payment milestones, please speak to your midwife or our office manager.

If you are seeing us for prenatal care only, payment for each visit , product, or service (such as labs) is due at time of service.

If you participate in Utah Partners for Health (which covers prenatal care only) and want to birth with us, you will need to convert to one of our regular packages. $34 plus $41 per prenatal visit you had under the UPFH plan will be applied toward your package fees.  You must pay the difference by 36 weeks gestation (4 weeks before your due date).
