Midwifery Student Schedule

This calendar shows the dates we are offering Workshop Weeks and Clinical Terms, as well as which ones have already been reserved by students. Workshop Weeks begin in June 2013. Prior to June 2013, this calendar shows clinical dates students have reserved on our old student program (no longer offered). Use this calendar to find available dates for your proposed visit.

Workshop Weeks

Dates when Workshop Weeks will be held are designated as "Workshop Week". Students who have registered for a given workshop week are displayed as "WW:" plus a four-digit number during that week (some of the numbers may be preceded by "OR:" or "SL:", indicating that student is also staying for the clinical term that follows the workshop week). A Workshop Week is full when 6 students have reserved space in that workshop.

Clinical Terms

Clinical terms are designated as "Clinical Term" with an indicator of the length of the clinical term (3-week or 4-week). Clinical terms that have been reserved by students will show either "OR:" or "SL:" followed by a four-digit number. There are only two slots available for clinical terms, so if both OR: and SL: are displayed during a clinical term, that term is full. If either OR: or SL: is absent during a clinical term, that slot is still available.

How to Get on the Calendar

Once you have been accepted and paid your deposit, you will be assigned a student number and the dates you reserve will appear on this calendar with that number.

This calendar is always kept up-to-date. If the dates you would like to reserve are not available, you can request to be put on our waiting list. If you have any further questions about dates, please call us at (801) 225-5668.
